Question: Can RCG really save me $20k a year in Financial costs?

We recently received a question through yelp for one of our small business clients. He owns a small pizza shop in the north shore and has 10 employees. Paul signed up for our Gold Membership (thorough our website) and was skeptical in the actual savings amounts.

Lets take a look at the numbers (as they say they don't lie!). Presented below are three scenarios that support Paul's decision to work with us.

Scenario 1: Paul had decided that bookkeepers were too expensive and he decided to do his company accounting himself. Paul has no experience in accounting and has no knowledge in payroll, business taxes and reporting for his company.

Paul had cut costs by not hiring a bookkeeper but due to his lack of knowledge and experience he ends up costing his company $20,000 in tax liabilities and back taxes and now has business debt and a severe headache. Due to Paul's negligence he has lost 1% of his customer base.

Scenario 2: Paul's company has had very little revenue growth in the last few months. Paul knows that his experience is not suited for accounting and puts an add on an online job board. Paul gets very lucky and hires a bookkeeper for $15.00 / hr and employs him full time. Paul just uncured a $31,500 annual expense plus payroll taxes and benefits on that employee.

Scenario 3: Paul's company has significant increase in revenue for the previous quarter. Overwhelmed by his new customers and excited to take on new business Paul knows he needs accounting services. Paul reaches out to RCG and purchases an executive membership. By purchasing the executive membership, Paul has saved $7k a year in bookkeeping. That $7k was used to lease a new location and now Paul is operating at 2-3X his complicity.

As you can see, we are in the business of saving your business money. Actual savings differ in gross amounts. Be smarter than your competition and don't purchase expensive staff if our memberships cost 1/12 of the cost.

Paid for by RCG. Actual savings may vary depending on the business plan purchased and your size of business.
